Imprinted Certificates & Oaths
MCA Direct offers a "Laser Printed" CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION and OATH OF OFFICE to your elected and appointed officials, e.g., Mayor, Member of the City Council, City Clerk, City Treasurer, Planning Commission. The imprinting of our Certificate of Election, Oath of Office, and Certificate of Appointment are available* by completing the order inquiry form below. We also offer a custom form option that includes your desired wording and modifications to our standard model, this option is $30.00 per order.
Our Certificates and Oaths are printed on specialty paper. We offer a blue or brown border choice encompassing your finished product. The completion of this product necessitates your approval, therefore we recommend submitting your order at least 14 days before you will need them. Shipping options will be provided along with proofs for your review & approval. UPS is the only shipping carrier offered.
We use Adobe Acrobat files as a means to electronically provide proofs. You will need to have the Adobe Reader software installed to access them (available from the Adobe Reader download page on Adobe's Website). We recommend using the most recent version of Adobe Reader. Suggested when printing proof file(s), be sure to use the functionality of Adobe Reader rather than your web browser.
OATH OF OFFICE - For all offices
CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION - For those officials who are elected at an election.
CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION FOR CANCELLED ELECTIONS - For those officials who are appointed to an elected seat because of no opposition and the election was cancelled.
CERTIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT - For those officials appointed to an elected office to fill a vacancy, fill a remaining term, or appointed to an appointed position, i.e., Planning Commissioner.
