Imprinted Certificates & Oaths
Present a "Laser Printed" CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION and OATH OF OFFICE to your elected and appointed officials, e.g., Mayor, Member of the City Council, City Clerk, City Treasurer, Planning Commission. The imprinting of our Certificate of Election, Oath of Office, and Certificate of Appointment are available* by completing the order inquiry form below. We also offer a custom option that encompasses your desired wording and modifications to our standard model, this option is an additional fee of $30.00.
Our Certificates and Oaths are printed on specialty paper. We offer a blue or brown border choice encompassing your finished product. The completion of this product necessitates your approval, therefore we recommend submitting your order at least 14 days before you will need them. Shipping options will be provided on the proof sheet. UPS is shipping carrier.
*We use Adobe Acrobat PDF files as a means to electronically provide forms & publications. You will need to have the Adobe Reader software installed to access them (available from the Adobe Reader download page on Adobe's Web site). CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION FOR CANCELLED ELECTIONS - For those officials who are appointed to an elected seat because of no opposition and the election was cancelled.
CERTIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT - For those officials appointed to an elected office to fill a vacancy, fill a remaining term, or appointed to an appointed position, i.e., Planning Commissioner.
