In 1927, when the American flag had just 48 stars and a postage stamp cost only $0.02, my great grandfather, Daniel B. Martin, prepared election materials for the State of California in the County of Los Angeles.

In 1956, Dan L. Martin (Daniel’s son and my grandfather) expanded service to the State of California with his enterprise, Martin & Chapman Co. With my grandfather’s unexpected death in 1980, my uncle joined by my father, carried on the family business until 2018. Today, MCADirect continues our family’s tradition of fidelity, commitment, and quality as your source for materials, consulting, and archivals supporting the State of California jurisdictions.

To provide municipal election support through materials, consulting and archivals because, for our family, our customers have never been institutions or abstract places we accommodate in election cycles, our customers have always been people.
